Age Restrictions and Adult Supervision:

  • The minimum age for participation in workshop activities is set at 13 years. Children under 13 are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors comply with workshop rules and safety instructions.
     

Deductible and liability for damages:

  • The customers themselves are responsible for their actions in the workshop and are responsible for any damage or destruction of materials. The workshop at "Sara Lou" disclaims any responsibility for damages or accidents that occur as a result of the customer's actions. There are no refunds for damaged materials, but we offer a discount on a new piece of silver to give the customer the opportunity to try again.
     

Safety Instructions and Use of Tools:

  • Basic instructions and guidance in the use of tools and techniques will be provided. Customers are encouraged to contact staff if they are unsure about a tool or want guidance in using new tools. Safety and proper handling of tools are of the highest priority.
     

Reservations and Cancellations:

  • Reservations are recommended to ensure space in the workshop. For groups of more than 6 people, we may request a deposit or a small advance payment, which can be refunded in case of cancellation within a set period. This helps to avoid financial loss for the company in case of no-shows or late cancellations.

Validity period:

  • The gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. This period has been chosen to ensure that customers have ample time to enjoy their experience or purchase with us.

Use of Gift Vouchers:

  • The gift card can be used for all products and experiences in the "Workshop at Sara Lou", including materials for making jewelry, beverages in the workshop, and ready-made jewelry under the "Sara Lou" brand.

Amount and Adjustment:

  • Customers can choose any amount for the gift card with a minimum limit of DKK 200, unless otherwise agreed. Additional personalizations, such as special greetings, can be added by contacting us directly.

Cancellation and Refund:

  • The gift cards are not refundable. This is due to limitations in our current payment systems. However, the gift card can be transferred to another person.

Transfer of Gift Vouchers:

  • The gift card can be freely transferred to another person if the original recipient wishes to pass it on.

Online and Physical Use:

  • The gift card can be used both in our physical store and online, without restrictions.

Reservation and Booking:

  • We recommend customers who wish to use their gift card to make jewelry to book a table in advance to ensure space. However, walk-ins are also welcome, subject to availability.
